Nonverbia groups your meetings by the company you met with, so you can see every conversation with an account in one place. Companies are shared across your whole organization.

How meetings get a company

Nonverbia matches companies automatically from participants' email addresses:

• A participant with the email [email protected] is linked to the company example.com. The company is created if it doesn't exist yet.
• A meeting gets the company that most of its audience members come from.
• Free email providers such as Gmail or Outlook.com are ignored. So is your own company's domain.

You can always change the company yourself: open the meeting, choose ⋯ → Edit meeting and pick another company.

The Companies page

Click Companies in the sidebar. Search by name or domain, and sort by name. Each company shows how many meetings and people it has and when you last met.

To add a company yourself, click New company and enter its Domain (required), a Company name and, optionally, a Website URL.

Open a company to see:

• Stats: meetings, people, total call time, average audience score and the date of the last meeting.
• About: what the company does. Write it yourself, or click Generate to have Nonverbia draft it for you.
• Notes: your team's internal notes about the account.
• Recent meetings with this company.

Click the edit button in the header to change the company's name, domain or website.

Filter meetings by company

On the Meetings page, use the All companies filter to see only meetings with one company.
