The Meetings page lists every meeting in the current workspace, newest first, grouped into Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week and Earlier. Your most recent analyzed meeting is highlighted at the top.
Everyone with access to the workspace sees all of its meetings, not only the ones they recorded.
Each meeting shows its audience (AUD) and presenter (PRES) scores, the company, the participants and how many action items are done.
Analyzed meetings don't show a status.
Open the meeting and click its title to rename it. For more changes, open ⋯ → Edit meeting. There you can change the name, the company, and each participant's name and role. See Reading a meeting.
Open the meeting, then ⋯ → Delete meeting, and confirm. The meeting disappears for everyone in the workspace and can't be restored.
Editing and deleting require the editor role in the workspace.
Some plans keep a limited meeting history. Meetings older than that window are hidden, and the Meetings page says Meetings older than N days are hidden on your current plan. Upgrading brings them back. See Plans and billing.
