Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to a workspace, and the Nonverbia assistant joins your meetings automatically. Nonverbia reads your events with read-only access. It never changes your calendar.

Connect a calendar

  1. Open the workspace and go to Settings → Workspace → Meetings. You can also get there from Integrations by clicking Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click Link Google Calendar or Link Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Sign in with your work account and allow access.

You come back to Nonverbia with Calendar connected. Your upcoming meetings appear in the Upcoming list.

Things to know:

Choose which meetings the assistant joins

Under your calendar's email address, set Auto-join calendar meetings:

Option The assistant joins
All meetings with meeting link Every event with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link
Only meetings that I host Events you organized
Only meetings with teammates Events where everyone has your company's email domain (internal meetings)
Disabled No meetings automatically

If you connect your calendar during setup, it starts on All meetings with meeting link. If you connect it later from settings, it starts on Only meetings that I host.

When you change the setting, Nonverbia asks whether to apply it to events you've switched on or off by hand, too.

Choose who counts as a presenter

Mark attendees as presenters tells Nonverbia which side of the call is yours:

This matters for scores and coaching, which are calculated separately for presenters and the audience.
