The Nonverbia Android app records in-person meetings and lets you review every meeting, your dashboard and your calendar on the go. It uses the same account as the web app.
Download Nonverbia: AI Meeting Notes from Google Play.
Requirements: Android 8.0 or later.
Tap Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with email. Use the same method you use on the web, and your meetings and workspaces are all there. Signing in with Apple works on Android too.
New to Nonverbia? You can create your account in the app. If you sign up with email, we send you a verification link. Open it on your phone and the app continues by itself.
Before your first recording, Nonverbia explains the two permissions it needs and then Android asks for them:
If you deny the microphone once, Nonverbia asks again the next time. If you denied it permanently, go to Settings › Apps › Nonverbia › Permissions and allow the microphone. Recording starts as soon as you come back to the app.
If you turn notifications off, recording still works and you see the timer in the app, but you lose the recording controls in the notification shade.
While you record, Nonverbia shows an ongoing notification with Pause, Resume and Stop. On Android 16 and later, it's a Live Update with the meeting name and a status chip, so you can see it at a glance.
You can tune Nonverbia's notifications in Settings › Apps › Nonverbia › Notifications. They are grouped into Meeting recording, Recording results, Recording alerts and Upload. Keep Meeting recording on to see the recording controls.
