The Nonverbia iPhone app records in-person meetings and lets you review every meeting, your dashboard and your calendar on the go. It uses the same account as the web app.

Install the app

Download Nonverbia: AI Meeting Notes from the App Store. In the web app, you can also click New meeting and scan the QR code with your iPhone camera.

Requirements:

• iPhone with iOS 16 or later
• iOS 17 or later for recording controls on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island

Sign in

Tap Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with email. Use the same method you use on the web, and your meetings and workspaces are all there.

New to Nonverbia? You can create your account in the app. If you sign up with email, we send you a verification link. Open it on your iPhone and the app continues by itself.

Allow the microphone and notifications

Before your first recording, Nonverbia explains the two permissions it needs and then iOS asks for them:

• Microphone: needed to record. Recording keeps going when you lock your phone or switch apps.
• Notifications: tell you when a recording is saved, when you are close to your plan's time limit, or when something needs your attention.

If you tapped Don't Allow for the microphone, open Settings › Nonverbia › Microphone and turn it on. Recording starts as soon as you come back to the app.

Control a recording from the Lock Screen

On iOS 17 and later, a recording shows up on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a running timer. You can pause, resume or stop it there without unlocking your phone. It also warns you when there's 1 minute left on your plan's limit.

• Recordings upload in the background, even after you close the app.
• The app follows your iPhone's light or dark mode.
