Create your Nonverbia account, connect your calendar and get your first meeting analyzed. It takes about five minutes.

What Nonverbia does

Nonverbia records your sales and customer meetings and analyzes them with AI. For every meeting you get a summary, action items, key buying and risk moments, coaching for the presenters, scores, and the results of any custom skills you set up.

The Nonverbia assistant can join your Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls by itself, or you can upload a recording. Nonverbia runs in your browser at app.nonverbia.com. The mobile app for iPhone and Android records in-person conversations. See Nonverbia mobile apps.

1. Create your account

Go to app.nonverbia.com and pick a sign-in method:

We recommend the work account you use for meetings. It makes connecting your calendar a one-click step later.

If you sign up with email, enter your first name, last name, email and a password of at least 6 characters, then click Create account. We send you a verification link. Open it within 60 minutes. If it expired, click Send a new link. You can't use Nonverbia until your email is verified. Google and Microsoft accounts skip this step.

2. Answer a few setup questions

The first time you sign in, Nonverbia asks a few short questions. They help Nonverbia tailor its analysis.

  1. What is the name of your company? This becomes the name of your organization.
  2. Who are you at your company? Your role. A manager and a sales rep read the same call differently.
  3. How big is the company?
  4. How did you hear about Nonverbia?
  5. Connect your work calendar. See the next step.
  6. Bring the rest of the team. Nonverbia suggests colleagues from your calendar who share your email domain. Pick the ones to invite, or click Skip for now. You can invite people later. See Inviting teammates.
