Plans and billing belong to the organization. Only organization owners can change the plan. Members see the billing page read-only.

Go to Settings → Organization → Billing & usage.

Plans

Nonverbia has Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. They differ in:

• Limits: seats, recording minutes per month, workspaces, key terms and skills
• Meeting history: how far back you can see meetings
• Meeting length: the longest meeting Nonverbia records
• Recording playback: none, audio only, or audio and video
• Features such as video analysis, context analysis, Manager view, MCP integration and API access

The What's in your plan card shows your exact limits. For Enterprise, contact sales.

Free trial

New organizations get 30 days of Business for free. No card is needed. We email you 7 days and 2 days before the trial ends. When it ends, your organization moves to the Free plan unless you've picked a paid plan. To end the trial early, choose Downgrade to Free.

Usage

Usage this month shows the recording minutes, seats, workspaces, key terms and custom skills you use against your plan. Minutes reset each month on your billing date. When you run out of minutes, see Recording meetings.

Upgrade

1. Choose Yearly or Monthly billing. Prices are in USD.
2. Click Get started on a plan, then Continue to checkout.
3. Pay with Stripe's secure checkout.

Change your plan or seats

After your first purchase, change the plan, billing period or number of seats on the same page (Change, Update seats). You need a payment method on file.
