There are four ways to get a meeting into Nonverbia. All of them end in the same analysis.
| Way | Best for |
|---|---|
| Calendar auto-join | Your regular scheduled calls. Set it up once. |
| Paste a meeting link | An ad-hoc call that isn't on your calendar |
| Upload a recording | Calls you already recorded, or other platforms |
| Mobile app (iPhone and Android) | In-person conversations |
Only workspace editors can record or upload. Viewers can't. See Roles and permissions.
The Nonverbia assistant joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls as a participant named after you, for example Jane Doe (Nonverbia.com assistant). Look for that name in the participant list. If your meeting has a waiting room, you may need to admit it.
Let the people on the call know you're recording.
The assistant records for up to 2 hours 50 minutes, or less if your plan has a lower limit per meeting. It leaves on its own once only bots are left in the call.
Once your calendar is connected, the assistant joins the meetings your auto-join setting allows. To set it up or change it, see Calendars.
To skip or add a single meeting, go to Settings → Workspace → Meetings and use the switch next to the event in the Upcoming list.
The assistant can't be added to or removed from an event in the 10 minutes before it starts. To bring it into a meeting that is about to start or already running, open the event and use the option to send the assistant now. Make sure the meeting has started.
The assistant joins the call right away. Use the direct meeting link, not a calendar or email redirect link.
The same panel shows your next calendar meeting, with buttons to add the assistant to it, skip it (Skip this one) or send the assistant right away.
