The bottom bar of the Nonverbia app has five tabs: Meetings, Dashboard, Record, Calendar and Profile. Everything happens in the workspace you have selected. Switch it from Profile.

Meetings

The Meetings tab lists the meetings in your workspace, newest first, with their audience and presenter scores. Use Search meetings… or Filter by company to find one. Pull down to refresh.

Long-press a meeting for Share meeting, Edit meeting and Delete meeting. The same options are in the ⋯ menu on the meeting page.

A meeting's page

• Player: play the recording, or watch it full screen. What you can play depends on your plan.
• Summary: customer readiness, action items (tick them off here), the summary, coaching tips, presenter performance and who spoke.
• Key Moments: buying signals, deal risks, budget and pricing mentions, disengagement points, and questions.
• Skills: results of your workspace's custom skills.
• Transcript: tap a line to jump to that moment in the recording.

Search inside a meeting with Search this meeting, and narrow the search to one person. Tap a speaker to see their talk time and stats. Long-press a speaker to Rename speaker or Send email.

Edit, share or delete a meeting

• Edit meeting: change the name or the company.
• Share meeting: tap Make public, then Copy link or Share via…. Meetings are private until you make them public. Only editors and owners can make a meeting public.
• Delete meeting: this can't be undone.

Dashboard

Your workspace over the last 6 weeks: total meetings, audience and presenter scores, the performance trend, results by weekday and talk times. Tap a chart to look at a single week.

Calendar

Connect your calendar from your phone:

1. Open the Calendar tab and choose Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
