A workspace holds a set of meetings together with everything Nonverbia needs to analyze them well: the connected calendar, key terms, context about your business, skills and the people who can see it. Every workspace belongs to an organization. See Organizations.
When you join an organization, you get your own workspace, named after you, e.g. Jane Doe's Workspace. Create more workspaces when a team, a product line or a client needs its own space.
Switch workspaces
Open the account menu (your avatar) and choose Switch workspace. Workspaces are grouped by organization, and you can search by workspace or organization name. Picking a workspace opens its Meetings page.
To choose which workspace opens when you sign in, go to Settings → Account → Profile and set Default workspace.
Create a workspace
- Open the account menu and choose Switch workspace.
- Click Create new workspace.
- Pick the Organization (only shown if you belong to more than one), enter a Workspace name (3 to 64 characters) and, optionally, some Context.
- Click Create.
Any member of an organization can create workspaces. You become the workspace's Author. Your plan limits how many workspaces an organization can have.
Tailor the workspace for better analysis
Go to Settings → Workspace → General. Editors can change these settings.
- Workspace name: rename the workspace here.
- Company website, Your role and Team size: tell Nonverbia who you are.
- Suggestions from your website: once you enter your company website, Nonverbia can read it and draft key terms and context for you to review before you save.
- Key terms: product names, competitors, acronyms and other words the transcript should spell correctly. Each term is 2 to 50 characters. A workspace can have up to 100, and your plan sets how many your organization can have across all workspaces.
- Context: a description of your business, your typical meetings and what matters in them (10 to 2,000 characters). Nonverbia uses it in every analysis. Available on plans with context analysis.
Under Context, three shortcuts add common instructions for you:
- Qualification: the framework Nonverbia should assess deals against: MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT, GPCT, CHAMP or SPIN.
