Send every analyzed meeting to the rest of your tools: a CRM note, a Slack message, a row in a spreadsheet, a task in your project tool. Zapier, Make and n8n connect to Nonverbia through a webhook. A native app for these tools is planned. Until then, this recipe is the way to set it up.

You need to be an organization owner.

Set it up

  1. Create a catch hook in your automation tool.
  2. Add the URL in Nonverbia. Go to Integrations → Webhooks, click Add endpoint, select the capture.processed event, paste the URL into Target URL and click Create. Copy the signing secret shown next and keep it somewhere safe.
  3. Send a test. In the endpoint's ⋯ menu, choose Send test event. Your automation tool receives a sample meeting, which you can use to map fields.
  4. Build the rest of your automation, for example create a note in your CRM with the meeting summary and action items.

From now on, every meeting analyzed in any workspace of your organization is sent to your automation. The test event has "test": true in it. Filter it out in your automation if needed.
